Our client, Ever by X, is an Australian fashion brand known for its elegant aesthetic and signature multi-wear designs, where each piece can be styled in multiple ways while maintaining a refined and sophisticated look.
We have previously collaborated with Ever by X on multiple Professional Photo Retouch projects, which gave us a deep understanding of their visual standards and brand direction.
In this collaboration, they partnered with us to develop AI reels, aiming to optimize content production efficiency while maintaining the refined aesthetic that defines their brand identity.
Execution Process
To address common challenges such as deviations from the original visuals and unnatural motion, we applied an AI training approach built on data accumulated from our previous photo retouching projects. This method allows the model to better understand the brand’s visual style, material details, and quality standards.
We then structured the workflow into the following steps:
1. Step 1: Input Collection & Concept Development
Ever by X provided all essential assets, including product images, model portraits and lifestyle visuals aligned with their brand direction. These inputs played a key role in ensuring consistency in both visual quality and emotional tone.
In parallel, we collaborated closely with the Ever by X team to develop a detailed concept and storyboard, defining specific actions, expressions and movements for the virtual model. This step ensured greater accuracy during AI implementation while enabling more natural, brand-aligned motion sequences.

3. Step 3: Final Video Production
The next phase involved producing the final AI-generated video based on the approved still images. At this stage, we transformed static visuals into dynamic sequences, ensuring the virtual model’s movements appear natural and fully aligned with the defined storyboard.
Throughout each stage of the process, we provided up to three rounds of review and feedback, allowing for refinements and ensuring the final output met the highest quality standards.
Interior Rendering
In the final stage, Ever by X requested a wardrobe adjustment, from black to navy blue, to better align with the visual direction. Due to the nature of the AI workflow, such changes required re-running the generation process to ensure consistency and maintain output quality.
We maintained a flexible and iterative workflow, continuously optimizing through each revision cycle to accurately meet client requirements while staying on schedule and upholding the project’s visual standards.
